The Parish Council website makes the following claim:

“After years of preparation supported by input from hundreds of residents Tollerton’s Neighbourhood Plan is reaching the final stages of development.”

But the recent petition against the development of the airfield garnered 2,599 verified signatures from Tollerton residents.

Here’s a photograph of the 2599-signature petition being handed over to Councillor Upton:

Surely Tollerton Parish Council should be asked to comment on the apparent disparity of numbers here?
