But this isn&#8217;t about any of those things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every Remembrance Sunday Tollerton Lane is closed to facilitate the parade down to the war memorial and the open air church service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medina Drive serves c. 1,800 households (I may be wrong but I don&#8217;t think I am far out). So to avoid blocking access, Medina isn&#8217;t closed to access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But here&#8217;s my point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The parade marshal allows the composite parts of the parade to form up on Medina Drive &#8211; i.e. on the road in the face of live traffic.
