It&#8217;s as much of a masterplan as an empty wrapper from the Plumtree chippy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What special skills or qualifications does cllr Jonathan Wheeler (Con) have to make this incredibly flawed statement? Well, none, it seems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The only thing that&#8217;s completely clear is without the full traffic analysis as requested by Nottinghamshire County Council and National Highways, the SPD is not any kind of a plan.
